We Work to Build Brand Value and Increase Franchisee Return

SKIFA was formed by franchise owners, for franchise owners. The reasons and benefits of membership in SKIFA are many:

We
represent and advocate for the best interests of franchise owners with the franchisor, including using our resources to influence brand strategy from the franchise owners’ perspective to maximize our R.O.I.

We respect, aid and empower the franchisor while pursuing initiatives to improve profitability, operations and the financial health and welfare of franchisees.  

We seek opportunities to utilize the collective buying power of our Association to get better pricing on goods and services, such as cost of goods and insurance.

We work to influence SK USA, Inc. to identify and test new and innovative menu and retail products, improving the frequency and time-to-market of new products that target new guests and increase frequency of existing guests, seeking to consistently show through measurable means the mutually beneficial impact of new products on our business.


The Mission of SKIFA is to unify Smoothie King franchise owners and utilize our strength to help SK USA identify and capitalize on opportunities to add value to our brand, leading to the highest possible return on our investment in Smoothie King.
